CAR PARKING

The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre’s car park entrance is at the northern end of the building, accessible from traffic lights off the Gold Coast Highway and the main driveway off TE Peters Drive. Undercover car spaces are available for short-term parking. A $10 inclusive of GST flat rate is charged for car parking.


EXPO

The Expo is located in Exhibition Hall 1 and morning tea is served here daily. Take the time to meet our great sponsors and supporters of ACC.


FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Please note that no food or drink, other than bottled water, will be allowed inside the Arena during sessions. Morning Tea is included in your registration fee. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants in Broadbeach, which are just a short walk across from the Convention Centre.


MORNING TEA

Is included in your registration fee and will be served in the Expo daily.


REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration Desk will be available for delegate enquiries an hour before and after Conference sessions. Please note that a replacement fee of $30 will be incurred if your name tag is misplaced, lost or left at home.


RESOURCE

Audio and video recordings of the main Conference sessions will be available to purchase as a digital download from the Resource Booth in the Expo during Conference at the GCCEC. Please note that the Business Session will not be available as a recording.


SPECIAL NEEDS

Please speak to our friendly team at the Concierge Desk if you have any special needs. Wheelchair access is available to all areas of the building, including wheelchair lift access from the car park where ample disability bays are located beside the elevator on the first basement level. Specially designed bathrooms are also located on all levels. In the Arena, wheelchair access seats are available in the cross-aisles which are designed with glass barriers for easy viewing. Public bathrooms and lift facilities throughout the Centre have Braille signs, and a mobile hearing augmentation system ensures clearer reception throughout the venue.
