PASTOR DONNA CROUCH has served under the leadership of Brian and Bobbie Houston at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia for more than 26 years. She has held leadership positions in a range of areas including youth, worship and creative arts and the executive pastor role at Hills Campus during this time.
Donna is currently an Executive Pastor at Hillsong Church, and is breaking new ground in Community Care by developing strategic relationships in the public sector. She is also a key member of Hillsong's preaching team. Her insights into church building and incredible wisdom gained in over two decades of ministry have inspired thousands of believers both at home and abroad.
Donna was elected to the ACC National Executive in 2009 and is responsible for the Community Care portfolio of the movement.
Donna is passionate about championing the cause of justice and seeing lives transformed. Her passion is to see the local church thrive in its community by inspiring people to reach their full potential, fulfill their call and live in excellence in every area of life.
Donna is married to Stephen and has three great kids, and they reside in Sydney, NSW.
